| 1. A resin for toner binders,
which comprises a blend of polyester resins (A) and (B), wherein transesterification between the resins is prevented and wherein
the weight ratio between (A) and (B) is 70:30 to 20:80,
said resin (A) being a crosslinked modified polyester resin consisting of the reaction product from a crosslinked polyester
resin (a) and a polyepoxide (c) and
said resin (B) being an acid anhydride-modified linear polyester resin consisting of the reaction product from a linear polyester
resin (b) and an acid anhydride (r).
