| 1. A reversible thermosensitive recording medium comprising a support, a thermosensitive layer and a protective layer in order,
wherein
the thermosensitive layer comprises an electron-donating coloring compound and an electron-accepting compound and reversibly
changes the color depending on temperatures,
the protective layer comprises a reactive heterocyclic compound, and inorganic fine particles which have been treated to make
the particles' surfaces at least partially hydrophobic, and
the number-average particle size of the inorganic fine particles is 100 nm or less.
