| 1. A curable resin composition comprising:
a resol type phenolic resin;
a charge transportable material having a reactive functional group; and
at least one of an organic sulfonic acid and its derivative;
wherein the charge transportable material having a reactive functional group comprises one or more of a compound represented
by formula (II), (III), (IV) or (XX):
F[—(X2)n2—(R2)n3-(Z2)n4G]n5 (II)
wherein F represents an organic group derived from a compound having a positive hole-transporting property; X2 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; R2 represents an alkylene group; Z2 represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, NH, or COO; G represents an epoxy group; n2 and n3 each represent 0 or 1; n4 represents
1; and n5 represents an integer of from 1 to 4;
