| 1. A chip for measuring an amount of target substances electrochemically using an immunoassay, the chip comprising:
electrodes composed of a working electrode and a counter electrode, or of a working electrode, a counter electrode and a reference
electrode,
wherein, in the chip, at least one selected from NADP and NADPH, malate dehydrogenase, a substrate of malate dehydrogenase,
potassium ferricyanide and diaphorase are immobilized, and
wherein the malate dehydrogenase, the at least one selected from NADP and NADPH, and the substrate are mixed and immobilized
together, and
wherein the malate dehydrogenase and the potassium ferricyanide are immbolized so as to leave a space in between.
