| 15. A seat back for a vehicle seat comprising:
a seat back frame;
a seat back cushion supported by the seat back frame;
a back panel facing in a rearward direction;
at least one connector attaching the back panel to the seat back frame, the connector has a stop at a first end and an anchoring
end at a second end, the connector is provided on the back panel to secure the back panel close to the seat back in a normal
position, the back panel may be moved from the normal position to an actuated position by a force applied to the seat in a
collision, and wherein the connector secures the back panel in a spaced relationship relative to the seat back in the actuated
position, wherein a detent is provided between the first and second ends of the connector; and
a receptacle receives the connector with the detent engaging the receptacle in the normal position and the stop engaging the
receptacle in the actuated position.
