1. A compound of Formula (Ib):
![]() R5b is hydrogen, (C1-10)alkanyl-R7b or phenyl;
R6b is hydrogen or (C1-4)alkanyl-R7b;
R7b is hydrogen, OC(O)—Ra2, N(C1-4alkanyl)2 or Ra2;
Ra2 is pyrrolidinyl-(R12b)q, piperidinyl-(R12b)q, morpholinyl-(R12b)q or phenyl;
(R12b)q is hydrogen or (C1-4)alkanyl;
R2b is hydrogen or (C1-4)alkanyl-R7b;
R3b and R4b are independently hydrogen, (C1-4)alkanyl-R7b, chlorine or fluorine; and,
q is 1; and enantiomers, diastereomers, tautomers, solvates, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
