| 1. A start assist device of a rotary throttle valve carburetor having a body and a throttle valve carried by the body for
rotation about and movement along an axis, comprising:
an operating member supported by the body and constructed and arranged to move and rotate about an axis; and
a plurality of start features at least in-part carried by and spaced circumferentially about the operating member for selectively
contacting the throttle valve, each one of the plurality of start features being spaced at a different distance from the axis
of the operating member.
