| 1. A winding jig comprising a core on which a conductive wire or a single metal wire is wound and collar portions disposed
at both ends of the core so as to be opposed to each other,
wherein a plurality of rod-shaped protrusions is disposed on at least one of the opposed surfaces of the collar portions so
as to protrude in a radial shape centered on an end of the core.
