WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in:

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Research and integration prior to product sample design and development to license to a corporation

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

I responded to their e-mail because I wanted to advance a product I had defined but was too involved with current patent activities to produce. I initially searched the USPTO web site for their company name in September, no entries appeared. I then signed a contract with them in December. I then searched the USPTO and one entry from Mr. redacted appeared. I next searched for complaints rather than their company name then found more than 30 entries under their old name Davidson Associates! I then blocked their second charge on the credit card I had given them, they did collect $100 from their first charge. After I blocked their charge, they have called threatened to close the project and open it up with another person. I did not supply them with details how to accomplish the highly technical project, only a brief outline of the functions and mechanical construction. I referred the guy redacted who called my cell phone on 12/28/2007 11:02AM with the threat to open my project with someone else to my lawyer at 847-705-8500. He claimed my lawyer’s telephone was a mortgage company I hung up on him.
