Goods and Services Manual

This manual, also known as the Acceptable Identification and Classification of Goods and Services Manual , lists goods and services by their appropriate classification under the classification system of the Nice (International) Agreement of which the United States is a signatory. The goods and services are listed alphabetically as well as in class order. It can also be searched by class to view all goods or services included in a particular class. Official Gazette - Trademarks

This is the official journal of the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to trademarks. Issued every Tuesday, it contains an illustration of each trademark published for opposition, an alphabetical list of registered trademarks, a classified list of registered trademarks, an index of registrants, US Patent and Trademark Office notices; a list of canceled trademark registrations, a list of renewed trademark registrations, and a list of Patent and Trademark Depository Libraries (PTDLs). Available from the Superintendent of Documents, US Government Printing Office (GPO). Offered as an annual subscription issued weekly.

Patents and Trademarks ASSIGN: US Patent Grant Publications and US Trademark Assignments Recorded at the USPTO

Patents and Trademarks ASSIGN includes assignment data for both patents and trademarks. Patent data is derived from assignment deeds recorded after August 1980, including assignments of patent grants recorded before and after issue. Assignments of trademark applications and registrations are included from, 1955 to date. It is possible to search both patent and trademark assignment information with just one search statement or limit the search to one type of document. Information is accessible by a number of fields including assignee or assignor name or by document number. Updated every two months. Trademark Application Images 24 Hour Box (XML/TIFF/JPEG)

USPTO provides an electronic Trademark Application 24 Hour Box of TIFF images scanned through the Trademark Image Capture and Retrieval System (TICRS) which are viewable using any standard image viewer. The application number is stamped on the TIFF image prior to being scanned and therefore is embedded within the image. The Trademark Application 24 Hour Box is available through annual subscription.
