USPTO to Hold Roundtable on International Harmonization of Patent Laws

PRESS RELEASE

The Department of Commerce’s United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will host a roundtable meeting to hear from representatives of small businesses and experts in global patents issues on patent harmonization matters of concern to small business and other patent owners. Participants will share their views on international costs and fees, procedural and administrative matters, substantive patent law and enforcement.
