Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Web page, 3D CD, media, magazines, contact manufacturers
Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: Advent Product Development told us we would have our own design team. We did not. We were told we would have our own web page; we have a CD that no one can see without APD password. We were told APD would contact manufacturers. They have contacted less than 14 in 1 year. APD told us we were to have our own APD team working with us on our idea and no we do not. APD lies to us. APD does not do what they say they will do. APD takes money and does nothing. Take my advice, contact the Patent Office and do it yourself.
