What is your Complaint?
Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Internet website *** www.davison54.com and on google.com
Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Patent search, product sample development, sales and contract services
Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: Davison contracted with me as of April 1st 2005 and informed me they felt my product idea for a bath toy was a viable project. They assured me that they were sharing in the fiscal risk. After conducting a patent search for $685 they said there were no products like mine. I then paid them $12,497 to develop and market the product sample. They told me the first company, Toy4kidz, was not interested but didn’t send me proof of this. They then wanted additional money to “re-package” the product and target a new company. At this point I requested the product sample, which I received on 11/18/06. I also saw a product in a toy store, which is almost exactly like my product.
